Hi, we're Emma and James — the team behind SweetPaws, based right here in London. It all started with our cocker spaniel, Bailey. After years of trying every brush, toy and treat on the shelf and being let down again and again, we decided to build the brand we wished existed: thoughtful products made for real pets and the people who love them.

What began as a small idea at our kitchen table has grown into something we never imagined. Today, over 200,000 happy pet owners across the UK trust SweetPaws to keep their four-legged friends comfortable, healthy and tail-wagging happy. From grooming essentials that actually work, to comfort buys your pet will reach for again and again - every product we sell is one we'd use on Bailey first. If it's not good enough for him, it doesn't make the shop.
